Undergraduate Lab Associate

Brandon Sesler is a political science major from Roanoke Va. Brandon worked with the lab in the summer of 2013 through a competitive undergraduate research program funded b the National Science Foundation called “Hands-On Minds-On:” Understanding and Preventing Societal Violence. Brandon worked on research involving online game players' behavior and effects of violent media on antisocial and prosocial responses. Brandon is a non-traditional student, for is he a Veteran of the United States Army where he served in a striker unit with the 25th Infantry division based out of Schoefield Barracks in Hawaii. Brandon is part of an Honor Society called SALUTE that is specific to Veterans. Upon completing his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Psychology, Brandon intends to go on to graduate school to pursue a Master’s degree in Public Administration.
